At the E3 press conference, Microsoft announced Dance Central 2 for the Xbox 360 and Kinect. You can now play with 2 dancers on screen, as well as a new library of music. It will also have the ability to import all songs from the first title.
Dance Central 2 will be out later this holiday.
At the E3 press conference, rumors have been confirmed that a new trilogy in the Halo universe will be releasing.
Halo 4 will reach fans Holiday of 2012. It will be developed by 343 and published by Microsoft Game Studios.

Today at the Microsoft E3 briefing, it was announced that there will be Kinect support for Minecraft players. The game has reached critical acclaim for giving the players the ability to open their creative sides by collecting materials and building anything from them.
It will release later this winter exclusively on Xbox 360 and Kinect.

At the E3 2011 Xbox briefing, BioWare demos an Xbox 360 exclusive feature for the third title in the Mass Effect trilogy. They revealed that the voice feature of the Kinect sensor will be used for choosing dialog, as well as commanding your squad.
Mass Effect will release in Q1 of 2012.

Microsoft may be releasing new titles in the Halo franchise; this news has leaked out hours before the E3 conference. While many may have thought that the trilogy was over, the franchise will certainly be taken to a different direction, with Halo 4 as rumors have speculated.
Along with the rumored 4th title, they are also planning to re-release the original Halo, completely revamped and remade for the Xbox 360 ecosystem.
There are certainly other names revealed, such as Kinect Star Wars, Dance Central 2, and more.
